Yes.... the inflammatory cells that cause dilation and flushing are also responsible for migrating to the surface of the skin and causing papules and pustules. If we block the inflammatory components, then papules often regress. Pustules are a little harder to treat and usually need a topical also. __

We just need to incorporate one or two ingredients with mild moisturizing actions. Moisturizers are always difficult to match to rosacea sufferers as they often induce a vascular response.
