It looks like glucose and sweets are a strong trigger for many rosaceans. Is this a stronger trigger than Gluten?

Yes, it is. You can use a sea kelp supplement to reduce sugar absorption in the intestine by up to 40%. I believe Life Extension makes the best brand.
