Eye drops and nasal sprays with constrictors do not pass through the epidermis to have an effect on blood vessels and redness. Its physically impossible. These are only made for the eye surface and the nasal mucosa without epidermal cells.

What some may see is a white crystal formed from the dried salt in the product... but this just wipes away.
