Dr. Nase, where might I find clinical information / articles, by yourself or others, on neural pain associated with and resulting from Rosacea which can be presented to an insurance company?

Also, what are the drawbacks / dangers of having laser resurfacing done with simultaneous IPL treatments? Are there any?
