Default Itchy rash-like bumps

Does anyone else experience itchy bumps? Is this rosacea? This is one symptom like to put steroids on. Maybe proxamine topical?

I get very itchy red bumps. when you pop them there is just a watery substance. super itchy for days. they just come out of nowhere. does anyone feel their skin is worse at night?

I'm not Dr. Nase but you may want to get a tape test to evaluate demodex mites. Very easy to do. They do act up at night. I know Dr. Nase worked with a compounding pharmacy to develop affordable oral ivermectin that knocks out these tiny little suckers. If that is indeed the case. Worth ruling out though. My two cents.
