My name is JD. I am not a newbie to rosacea, but I am a newbie to this forum. I have followed Dr. Nase's work for the last 10 years and a forum like this is long overdue.

Dr Nase introduced us to this vascular disorder years before it was considered a vascular disorder. His book and countless posts on other forums introduced us to laser treatments, new rosacea treatments, upcoming treatments. low dose accutane, oral ivermectin and the various causes of rosacea.

His Rosadyn oral treatment for rosacea seems to work on a lot of rosacea sufferers, and especially on the hard to treat flushing and redness.

I wish Dr. Nase continued success and hope that he will once again keep us informed of the best treatments and what's coming around the corner.

I am new to rosacea. Just diagnosed a few months ago. I have been doing my research and Dr. Nase does seem to be the most active and caring rosacea Doctor.

I suffer from major facial flushing and skin that burns.

Anywho, just making my introduction.

I have similar symptoms. The redness, burning, stinging and facial pain really get me down.

I am a "newbie" and I find that my doctors do not know anything about the redness or pain of rosacea. I brought a print out of Dr. Nase's Derm article on rosacea pain... Neuropathic rosacea. My doctor was intrigued.

I am excited that I found this forum.
